Launched in January 2011, Labor Management Services, Inc. (LMS) is the culmination of nearly a decade of planning and research in the risk management industry.  The company provides a variety of innovative programs that offer comprehensive cost-containment solutions to insurance carriers, attorneys and employers. We look forward to designing a custom-tailored risk mitigation program to fit your company’s or claim’s needs.

Our philosophy centers on risk mitigation that targets the entire duration of a workers’ compensation claim. We offer services to help prevent injuries, direct and oversee medical treatment, and address re-employability and vocational rehabilitation. Our experts, from Certified Rehabilitation Counselors and risk management consultants to nurse case managers and doctors, have years of workers’ compensation experience. We draw upon this experience to ensure results that are conclusive, comprehensive, and timely.

Medical Director

Dr. Rodolfo Amaya, is a founding affiliate of Labor Management Services, Inc. With over 20 years of medical experience in both anesthesiology and internal medicine, he ensures an unmatched level of insight and quality to all of our products.

Dr. Amaya obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from The University of Texas in 1989. Since then, he has demonstrated his versatility of expertise through multiple prestigious appointments including his present position as Chief of Anesthesiology at the LAC/USC Medical Center in Los Angeles and his past professorship at the University of Southern California.

As Medical Director at Labor Management Services, Inc., Dr. Amaya is dedicated to innovating the industry standard and providing our clients with a one-stop solution for all medical-legal needs.
