Robert Bamdas

Robert L. Bamdas is the managing partner in the firm’s Boca Raton, Florida office. He focuses his practice on the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Act, Defense Base Act (DBA), NFIA, and OSCLA, Marine injury claims including defending passenger claims and Jones Act matters, 905(b) claims, marine and general subrogation matters as well as claims in general admiralty law, transportation law and general liability matters. He has successfully litigated numerous cases before corresponding tribunals and handled various appellate matters.
